Please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the international express delivery.  P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The recipients' telephone number is very important, please also provide correct telephone. 

The risk of parcel loss would be passed to customer if it is caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customer. Return and resend fee should be paid by customers in this case.

We will ship all orders in 1-2 working days after your payment being received. If unfortunately your order is delay by some reason, like out of stock, holidays, shipping issue etc, we will send email to notice and sonsult with you.

We  generally ship your order via express delivery to  worldwide, like DHL, EMS etc. which needs about 4 - 7 days. After shipping, we will update your order with tracking number and information in our website, and our website will also send you a notice email. You need to sign to receive your parcel. The shipping time is not control by us. If you can not receive your parcel for more then 10 working days after you complete payment, please try to contact with us. We thank you for your patient.

If the destination is not reachable by express delivery, we will change to ship to you via register mail, which may take 7-14 days. We will also provide tracking information.

2 Customs Fee and Tax
We do not handle with your customs fees and tax while your import the parcel. We will mark your parcel as "gifts" or "samples" with low value to help you avoid customs fees or tax.  If unfortunately your parcel is checked by local customs, the recipient(customer) will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
